Return & Exchange Policy

At Smurfy Baby & Kids, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

* Customers can request a return within 24 hours of receiving their order if they are not satisfied with the product.
* Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
* For change-of-mind returns, return delivery charges are paid by the customer.
* Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed through an agreed payment method.

Exchanges

* Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
* Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
* Exchange requests depend on stock availability.
* For size or design changes, the customer pays the applicable delivery charges.

Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a video. Once verified, Smurfy Baby & Kids will cover the applicable delivery charges and arrange an appropriate solution.
